Our Service Include:
• A research process for available of company name at the commercial registry.
• Preparation of company registration documents and submission the commercial registry.
• Provision of a business certificate, 02 copies of approval letter, 02 copies of memorandum and business statute, registration form and a company stamp.
• Payment to ministry of commerce for three year validities of business registration.
• After submit all required document for process registration, we are keeping follow up process, it is need maximum 04 weeks. Then, here you have a legal company and now you can conduct your business.
Document requirement:
• Propose your company’s name ( it can be subject to change if it is already existed)
• Certify your type of company
• Certify of office rental or own property title.
• Certify of business’s objective that you would like to conduct its.
• Photograph of your office location with clear address ( office number, street, …)
• Photograph of entrepreneur or/and shareholders 3 photos each of them with size of 4cm x 6 cm
• Photocopies of entrepreneur or/and shareholders’ passport or Cambodian ID card 3 copies each.
• Certify of minimum capital in cash of USD1,000 from the bank in Cambodia.
• Others related document if necessary will request later.
Note:
After you get a business certificate from ministry of commerce, you need to file your newly registered company with tax department within 15 day. D.N.K also can serve you on this if required.
